Should Yap State separate from the FSM?

First of all, its not about wanting more money, for all you fools out there who do not understand a simple matter. In fact I would say that if Yap State separates from the FSM, it would probably mean very little funding. So why is Yap contemplating a separation? For me personally, I think it has to do with an incompetent central government that is totally ruining everything it gets its hands on. But thats how I see it. Now, I would like to hear what others think. Should Yap separate itself from the FSM, if so, why? if not, why not? Speak up now, or forever hold your peace.
